The 2026 FIFA World Cup will feature some of the biggest names in world football, and the Saudi Pro League is set to have a sizeable presence on the sport\u2019s biggest stage.<\/p>\n

A total of 47 players from 18 national teams, including 25 representing Saudi Arabia, are contracted to Saudi Pro League clubs heading into the tournament, underlining the league\u2019s growing influence beyond the Kingdom. That figure rises to 49 players from 19 nations when including Cura\u00e7ao defender Juri\u00ebn Gaari of Abha and Saudi Arabia goalkeeper Mohammed Al-Owais of Al-Ula, who both play outside the Saudi top flight.<\/p>\n
