MotoGP has never been a sport where simply crossing the finish line can be taken for granted. Crashes, mechanical failures and injuries make retirements an inevitable part of life in the premier class.<\/p>\n

Through the opening 11 rounds of the 2026 season, excluding Saturday Sprint races, every full-time rider has either failed to finish a Grand Prix or missed at least one Sunday start, except Luca Marini.<\/p>\n
