Veda Ega Pratama watched Indonesia lift the FIFA ASEAN Cup in Jakarta on Monday before turning his attention to his first home Grand Prix as a Moto3 rider this weekend.
The 17-year-old was at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium as Indonesia beat Thailand 4-2 on penalties following a 2-2 draw after extra time to win the inaugural tournament.
Footage shared by Honda Team Asia showed Veda jumping in celebration as the hosts secured the trophy, joining the home crowd for a memorable night.

His attendance came after returning from the Japanese Grand Prix, where he finished 11th at Motegi on Sunday.
Veda will now head to Mandalika for the Indonesian Grand Prix on October 9-11, with the rookie set to race in front of his home fans for the first time in the Moto3 World Championship.
The weekend offers Indonesian supporters the chance to cheer one of their own on track, just days after celebrating the national football team’s success.
Attention will also be on the MotoGP title fight, with Marc Marquez just two points behind championship leader Jorge Martin.
