Two WorldSBK titles in sight for Ducati at Donington

(Superbike World Championship)

Aruba.it Racing – Ducati could wrap up two Superbike World Championship (WorldSBK) titles when the British Round concludes at Donington Park this weekend.

Fresh from celebrating World Ducati Week at Misano, the Italian outfit are on the verge of securing both the manufacturers’ and teams’ championships with four rounds still remaining in the 2026 season.

Led by the dominant Nicolo Bulega, Ducati have won every race so far this year to build a commanding lead at the top of the manufacturers’ standings.

The Italian manufacturer have amassed 434 points, 242 clear of nearest challenger Bimota.

Should Bulega complete another perfect weekend, Ducati would establish an unassailable lead and secure a fifth consecutive manufacturers’ title with four rounds to spare.

The teams’ championship is also within reach, as Iker Lecuona’s consistent performances behind Bulega have helped Aruba.it Racing – Ducati record six one-two finishes across the opening seven rounds.

Bulega, meanwhile, will have to wait a little longer to clinch the riders’ championship.

Regardless of this weekend’s results, the Italian cannot mathematically secure the crown until the French Round at Magny-Cours in September at the earliest.
